It's very hard to keep up with all the schoolwork and rehearsals. Since it's my Junior year, I now get to be in Connection, which is this Performing Musical Theater Group that travels around South Florida. I've had rehearsal every day starting on the Monday of last week, and getting home at 7:30 PM. I also get other privileges from being a Junior, like being in the Musical this year in the Theater division, and going to State Thespians, etc. On top of that, there's also all of my theater classes, with play reports and projects to prepare, all the dance classes, and voice lessons, among other classes. Not to mention all the Honors courses that I'm taking in my academics classes! So, I've been very stressed. People deal differently with stress.
I would say the best way that I deal with stress is...Well, I don't know how. Stress takes ahold of me, and makes me treat people around me differently. So, for those of you that are reading this and thought this would be an advice column on 'How To Cope With Stress', I apologize. Anyway, the musical for this year is 'How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying'. I'm not very fond of it; the music is cheesy, the storyline could be better, and it's from the 1960's(haha).
I'm trying to cram my whole life into this ONE blog, sorry readers.
I recently watched '12 Monkeys'. It was very enjoyable, and different from most movies. I'm watching 'The Great Debaters' tonight.
I'm reading 'One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest'. It's GREAT, and like most people say; "The book is MUCH better than the movie."
