Movies, Musicals, and the unproductive slug
Alright, I'm going insane. I haven't been out of the house for a few days except when I occasionally go to the gym for 5 seconds.
I haven't seen any of my friends since the 4th of July.
I've been rewatching Friends and Lost episodes since I left French Woods.
The smart thing to do would be to work on stuff for school, but you know when you get to the point of being SO lazy that any little thing you need to do becomes a huge deal? Yeah well, that's what I've come to. I refuse to do anything.
Someone, help me.

But other than that, look at this incredible 2010-2011 Season at the Adrienne Arsht Center!

I watched some Oscar nominated movies lately, like The Hurt Locker, Avatar, The Blind Side, District 9, Precious, and Inglorious Basterds. Loved them!
But before you rent a movie, I suggest you check out their reviews before watching it; you don't want to waste your time. Follow the link:

Inception, Controlling dreams, and Ruminations

I think it's one of the best movies I've seen in a long time! Honestly. It was incredible. If you haven't seen it yet, I highly recommend it. You really have to sit there and think it through. Christopher Nolan directed and wrote the screenplay. There was just one thing that aggravated my trip to the theaters today. The girl sitting left to me would NOT put away her cell phone, so throughout the entire movie, I had this bright light hitting my face, and it was very distracting. Can't some people not be hooked to their phones for at least 2 hours? I mean, she did pay 10 bucks to see this movie, and she barely watched it! Oh, and she also answered a call from a friend and had a good length conversation with them.

I'm going to start trying to control my own dreams tonight. How fun would it be to fly whenever I wanted to, or do any of the other things you wouldn't actually be able to do in real life, or are too afraid to do?
Wanna control your dreams? The link will show you how:

To wrap things up, here's a little something I found on a site called Ruminations:
-Class discussions usually turn into " People saying the exact same (crap) in countless different ways."
-I saw a homeless guy with a sign that said "Too Ugly to Prostitue." I gotta think that if a dude living in a box can have a sense of humor, the a**hole in the Mcdonald's drive-thru could at least muster a smile.
-There is no greater feeling of superiority or achievement than having your bag come out first on the carousel after a flight.
-I hate those people that say "cha-cha-cha" during the "Happy Birthday" song.

Hans Zimmer, headshots, and chicken nuggets.
So, about this new movie Inception. It premiered yesterday night, and I'm extremely excited about watching it tonight with Starr and Summer.
This link right here is what gives me goosebumps, literally. Can't get any better than Hans Zimmer (He did the soundtrack to The Dark Knight, The Lion King, and Sherlock Holmes.) It's from the Inception Trailer. Dylan Guerra showed me it.

So, mom just got home from work. We're having Chicken Nuggets for lunch. My sister walks into the kitchen, looks at the chicken nuggets, and says " Aw man, I thought they were gonna be the dinosaur shaped ones..."
Tomorrow morning I'm doing Starr's headshots in her backyard. That's bound to be interesting, seeing as I have never done anyone's headshots before. I'll post some of the better ones on here this weekend, then you can judge for yourself.
I've been watching the first few episodes of Season 2 of Lost today. I miss it.
It's hot outside.

July fun
Well, here I am. It's been a long time since I've posted a new entry. I wonder if anyone's out there reading this.
Here's a 4th of July picture. I spent it with a great group of kids at Miami Beach. We watched different families battle each other on who had the biggest most impressive fireworks. Oh, and we were also asked by two strangers if we were smoking the "Mary Jane." Funny stuff. And beaches are so much nicer at night than during the day. Maybe because they are so deserted.
Anyway, Summer's been great. I've had much relaxing and thinking time, and I loved staying at French Woods for 3 weeks. Oh man, they had this amazing ice cream place nearby called The Cow Lick. It's homemade ice cream, literally! I remember having half a cup of cookie dough ice cream and half a cup of strawberry ice cream. Incredible, really.
Anyway, I think I've gone insane with purchasing things online. I've spent over $100 with plays on Amazon.com in the past two weeks. Yes, I'm stocking up for Senior Year, which is a brilliant idea.

So, you're going to think I'm insane. I watched Julie & Julia today, and it inspired me, so I pulled up all these recipes from cooking websites and I plan to start learning how to cook. I mean, it can't hurt right? Plus, I'm going off to college in a year, so might as well start learning now. I'll tell you how it goes.
I did nothing but watch movies and episodes of Friends all day today to try to refrain from staring at my computer screen and waiting for friends to get online to do the exact same thing as I've been doing for the past couple of days. It's a sickness, honestly!
It's pouring outside. I feel as if the world's ending. I'm also hearing voices, I should go check that out.
I'll start writing more blogs from now on.
